Shipping and Delivery

Orders shipped to addresses in North Carolina will incur a 7% sales tax.

Orders are generally shipped via USPS from our North Carolina location UP TO 5LBS and we use UPS over 5lbs.  Shipping options however are available at the checkout point on the website.

Orders shipped to Canada and Europe are subject to possible duties and taxes and paid by the recipient.

All items are shipped in gift-ready packaging either in a Timeless logo box or a pouch.  We ship to all 50 states via USPS/UPS and the rest of the world via USPS or Fedex.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Turnaround time on in stock items is 1-2 days.  Customer will be notified of a ship date via email if item is out of stock.
